recording xbox onto pc

hi guys a quick queston how to i record the video and sound from my xbox playing on my tv to my pc? i dont have a clue!?

check out Dazzle £40ish or if you want to record in HD and still have a hd picture on your tv (if you have a hd tv) then check out Hauppauge HD PVR

it around £150

If you want hd get a Blackmagic intensity pro, same price as a happauge but its a lot better quality.

+1 Blackmagic intensity pro is better quality, up to 1080p. hauppauge is only up to 1080i. Depends what option you want - PCI, 10x less cables ( 2 hdmi cables ). Hauppauge hdpvr only supports component and is usb. Blackmagic Intensity pro can also stream HD Video and Audio on any video steraming site. I have the Hauppauge HDPVR and the cables are a pain but it is all right for me because im using a laptop, but when i do get my desktop pc i will be upgrading to a blackmagic intensity pro. Another option you might want to look at is the blackmagic intensity shuttle (something like that) its like the better version of the hauppauge by the looks of it. Whatever you do if you have a HD TV do not buy a dazzle.
