Recover folders

What it is, I went and gave a partition on my HD a quick format, and forgot to make a backup of the drive contants. Is there any software that I can use to recover the files and folders on that partition.

Testdisk, might be able to recover the whole partition

Failing that, GetDatabackForNTFS

Lesson of the day is : always have multiple backups

Tried them, and also Easus. Though Easus was better, i still did not get all my files back. I got the files i did not mind losing, and lost the files i really needed. :eek:

Swordfish
File Scavenger is my choice for data recovery.

That a better one, got back my files that I was after, but not too good on photos. But who cares, at least i got my word files back.
