Recovered files in trash?

Hi

I updated from Sierra 10.12.1 to the latest 12.2 yesterday and noticed afterwards I had a recovered file in the trash.

Not sure why it's been put there and looking at it I can't tell where its come from.

File is called 'ProductionBag' .

Can anyone explain this?

I had this on a previous update and I think it's something to do with the Safari cache - As far as I could determine, it's not anything to worry about.
