I've got a broken HDD which I managed to copy most of the contents off, I think it has bad sectors (it hangs my OS plugged in as a slave if you try and access certain folders).
Anyhow, I have the Outlook Express dbx's copied off it but they appear to be corrupted, I can't get the new install of OE to see them and I've tried dbxtract and downloaded about 5 other dbx recovery tools but they see nothing in any of the dbx's to be recovered, even though the inbox.dbx is 85 meg for example.
Is it time to give up or has anybody else got any ideas/tools I can try?
