Recovering data from the recycle bin

I foolishly deleted a folder from the recycle bin about an hour ago that I really need back. I've had a quick look at some recovery software and although it finds plenty it doesn't appear to find anything remotely like what I just deleted.

The data was on drive D:, and I deleted it from the recycle bin.

I've had a quick look at recuva and a couple of others. Can anyone recommend anything specific that is free.

Thanks! I've tried Recuva and a few others. It spent 6 hours looking at my drive! No joy Never mind thanks anyway.
