Recovering deleted files

Would it be possible to restore images/folders that have been deleted a month or so ago?

If so, whats the best program on the market to do this?

Not sure about commercial software, but for freebies Recuva and TeskDisk are good. How well they will work depends on your disk usage over that month to be honest.

Recurva is excellent, used it recently on a collegues flash drive from their camera, and it removed around 700 picture files, dating back into last september, so if things haven't been overwritten it will likely recover them.
