Recovering My Gamertag

Hi Peeps,

Went to recover my gamertag and I keep getting the message that the "Xbox Live Subscription is Unavailable"

The pop displays my gamertag informing me how many friends are online. However the account is not fully recovered


Anyone had this issue before or knows a fix?

It does in Half hour!

If I can't renew it via the xbox can I do it another way now?

If you cant renew it using your credit card then youll have to ring ms. I dont know whether or not you can renew using the prepaid subscription cards that you can get off the highstreet?
