Recovering old username

Hi all,

I've got a username from around 2002 which I can't access. I know the username and password but when I log in it says that it's locked and a link has been sent to my email address. The problem is it's an old blueyonder email from the early 2000s which is long gone. Is there any way of resurrecting the account?
