My PS3 recently got the YLOD but luckily i bought the extended warranty on purchase and have sent me out a new console. For some reason i cant recover my PSN on this new console, i type in what i think is the password but wont let me sign in.
I try the forgot password option but wont accept my DOB either, this is an old PSN so i can't remember much information on it.
Is my best option to ring support?
