Recovery Partiton

Does anybody know how or what software I can get to create recovery partitons on new pc's I build. Im wanting it so it comes up at BIOS screen with the typical Hit F10 to start recovery partition.

Acronis True Image.

it's F11 though with acronis

Is there a way of hiding a partition from a user to hold an image of the OS? Then create a windows rescue disk to restore from that partition as a factory reset without Acronis?

what 3rd party companies use is acronis or ghost, just rebadged
