Rectifying discolored/bleached button in car

Hi guys, wonder if anyone can provide some advice. Basically part of one of the black buttons on the the front control panel on my lexus has been bleached by a leaking air freshner. It was black with the word "MODE" on it however this now has a thick white mark running through it. What are my options with regards to sorting this out? Is it something that can be sprayed /painted as I think Lexus have to actually remove the whole unit which to be honest it isn't worth me doing. Has anyone ever had such work done? TIA

You need to upload it from your desktop to somewhere like photobucket.
