Every month there are a number of tasks we need to do on certain days. Up until now I have always created reminders/alarms manually in the first week of the month to ensure the tasks are not forgotten. However, it would be handy if I could get these created automatically, either through Outlook itself or some sort of script/program to create the events themselves.
The problem is they occur at the same time each month, relative to the end of the month. For example, we have one task that happens on the fifth working day of the month (not necessarily the fifth day), something that happens on the last working day of the month, another that happens 4 working days before the end of the month and a couple more along those lines.
Thus I don’t know how best to achieve this, given that I cannot state the 5th, 25th etc. etc. of every month. Anyone have any ideas how best to go about creating this sort of event reminder??
