Recycle Bin - I need a Recycle Folder

Hey Hi Hello,
OK, I work with a lot of images, and bescially when I'm done with them I need to quickly and easily (ie right click) move them to a archive folder rather then deleting as they need to be kept for 4 years before deleting.
Is there a quicker and easier way then to keep having to cut and paste to the archive folder?

[EDIT] Ok found a solution whilst typing the question I had an idea:

Pin a shortcut to the folder in the 'Send To' menu =)

If you look in the folder C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\SendTo (obviously replacing <user> with your username) you can add options for when you right click on an opject.

So if you put a shortcut to a folder in there you can move the files by right clicking, going to send to and then choosing your new shortcut
