Recycle Bin Problem

[The Mad One]

I reformatted last week after installing my new raptor, a couple days later i got a error message saying that the recycle bin has become currupt on one of my drives (not the raptor) do i want to empty it. Naturally i clicked yes now since then ive got these strange folders comming up on all my drives called "$RECYCLE.BIN" aswell as the standard "Recycled". I can delete them but they keep coming back, has anyone ever seen or heard of this before? Its not a major problem but its dam annoying.
