Recycle bin....wth?

I've just installed vista 64bit, and i've mnaged to get rid of my recycle bin!! Does anyone know how i can get it back?

Start->Control Panel->Appearance and Personalization->Personalization and then click "change desktop icons" from the left-hand column.
Make sure that Recycle Bin is ticked and click ok
