anyone still play this? i have been playing it lots recently with mates, but loads of people online either cheat or just d/c. so anyone play, if so add me as a buddy daven1986, so i can play with people who won't be gay!!

OMG. I need to dig this one out and start beating your backside!!! I am the man at this game. Although I prefer the original Red Alert but this is still good

It takes about 20 minutes to start on XP (Yuri's Revenge)

Jesus I was actually FUMING when I bought C&C decade.

RA2 - Network didn't work
Yuri - Too 20 mins to start and then network wouldn't work
Tib sun - jamms after about 5 minutes of network play.

20 mins to load the game, or to start the game, i.e go into menus? if it is load the game then there was a patch for that on pcs with more than 1 cd drive. however it loads very quickly on my lappy. for the network to work, you have to configure it to run over ipx in windows, there are some websites out there which tell you how.

damn dont knock an excellent game when you cant be arsed to google your problems.

I used to play it but the insane input lag online means it can never be played seriously or competitively.

Thanks for the mail.

It doesn't seem to work. Firstly the version supplied on the Last Decade CD is newer so the patch won't install. Also, the Last Decade CD does not have seperate game directories and so I can't copy the Yuri MIX files manually.

Just because your mates copy works on his PC it doesn't mean anything in relation to this guys copy not working on his machine.

yeah but just saying that it does work so it is a problem with his setup not with the actual program.
