Red Alert 3 Beata Key Not Working

As the title says.
I brought C&C 3 Kanes Wrath yesterday but the beta key will not work, i go to the website and enter my key and it says you have been unsucsesfull.

Thanks for that was starting to worry then, thought they had given me a dodgy key.
