So im playing red alert 3 and i keep getting huge slowdown in the framerate randomly. There isn't even much on screen and i just can't fathom why its doing it. One moment it runs absolutely fine with a really smooth framerate and then the next it crawls to a halt. The only way for me to solve it is to save my mission, quit and load and then it goes all smooth again.
Anyone had any experience with this happening, its really starting to **** me off in playing an otherwise fun game.

so i cant see it being a performance issue as it runs fine with everything on ultra high and then just crawls to a halt randomly. With only like 5 units on screen, its weird.
