Red Bull intake...

How could you even afford to do that?

I used to go through similar amounts at University. Loan would come in and I'd buy myself a pallet at bulk prices to get me through all-nighters in the library. :(

These days I may have one at lunch if I'm dipping in form, but otherwise a coffee in the morning and avoiding carbs during work hours do the trick.

Zero, in fact been caffiene free for 9 days, did drink shed loads of coke. First few days were hell, but I sleep better now which means less need for it in the first place.

I can pretty much remember every occasion I've consumed energy drinks. Once on a long drive home from down South, I stopped off at a garage and realised I wasn't as alert as I should be, so I bought two Relentless drinks, one for me and one for my mate to keep talking to me. He fell asleep shortly after, but the Relentless had the desired effect on myself at least. I was driving well into the 4am in the morning and had work at 7am. When I eventually got home and lay on my bed, I just couldn't nod off.

I had a few more of those periodically afterwards before getting bored of them.

I've since gone through a minor phase of drinking the Aldi "Red thunder" energy drinks, I'd bought packs of four on a weekly basis and drank a lot of them, but I was weight training and was tired all the time. I know this wasn't for the best.

There have been a few Red Bull drinks in between, mostly with Jaeger in the form of Jaegerbombs (these are very tasty), but typically I tend to stay away from them overall.

I do drink coffee however.

If im at work will tend to have one at the start of my shift if its an early start, or one with lunch if on the late shift. Prefer relentless over red bull, find it has a nicer taste.

Just a shame they only do a single diet version, having diabetes can be a real pain when it comes to drink selection

edit: During peak (retail) is a whole different ball game, 2-3 cans a shift just to keep focused on the amount of work to do
