So I have finally just finished moving everything, from my Lian li,pc7fn into a Raven rv-03.I'm unsure of what the red light is on the front white power light. At a guess it is hard drive activity light. But should it be flashing all the time ?I'm unsure because on my first build the H/D led didn't work so I have no idea what to look out for.
Also when I switch it on,the power light comes on ,and the fans start to engage, then they stop for less than a second, then restart as normal ?
I've just noticed the other question regarding this.It is not the same all the components are installed, and it is up and running. There are 2 ssd's 1 60g boot,1 256g games and a 1tb mechanical for storage. They have been defraged, except for the boot drive, and it is still going on.There was new hardware installed,Except for fans, cpu cooler, led strip, fan controller and some braided cable extensions.Iv'e checked through every thing and all drives are working properly

You're right - the red light on the front is the HDD activity light. Mine's on constantly during boot and on pretty much constantly for the next 30 seconds, then settles down to the occasional flash or two until I open a game, folder, etc when it obviously starts flashing away.

Is the light flashing at regular intervals, or is it pretty random? If you leave your PC idle on desktop, does the light go off after a little while (until Windows/anti-virus realises it's safe to start maintenance and access the drives)?

Also, I hope I've misread your post slightly, but don't defrag SSDs. It is completely pointless for SSDs and shortens the life of the drive (slightly) due to wear wear levelling and limited write lifespan of individual cells. :)

The light is flashing at a constant speed when idle,or when the hard drive is being used. There is no change in speed, rate of flash. No I only defraged the mechanical,I forgot to mention that i didn't touch the samsung,or boot ssd.
