Red horizontal line across whole monitor.

I recently purchased the Acer G257HL from Overclockers and after about 2 days of use I have just noticed a thin red line that runs across the length of my monitor. I'm certain its to do with the monitor as I have tested it on my computer and both an Xbox One and PS4 with a few different cables and the line still persists in the same spot. I was just wandering if anyone knows what it is and if I'm able to fix it before a jump through the hoops of sending it away to get a repair or replacement. Any help is very appreciated.

Have you tried a different cable or port on the GPU?

Damn, I was hoping no one would say that. Would you recommend sending it to the manufacturer or back to Overclockers?

When did you get the monitor, You mention you only been using the monitor for two days.

I purchased the monitor on the 28th of December and I received it on the 30th of December.
