Red inside case

I'm not sure not done it myself but at a guess i would say you need masking tape to cover bits that are not getting painted, primer and paint. Might be a good idea to sand abit after primer for a nice smooth surface but im not sure.

yeah, found a few tutorials online, anyone have any idea of places in the uk to order paint / primer and sandpaper / wet & dry from?

I painted the inside of my pc7 and all I used was primer, masking tape and paint. I got it all from B&Q. Mine didn't really need sanding but I did sand a tiny bit that was a bit rough. Make sure you wash it out properly before you start though.

My project log if you want to see how I did mine.

Thanks a lot stopstartstall. I shall take a visit up to b&q and get some red paint. My pc7 should arrive today so im in no hurry to move my pc into it.

if you have money burning a hole in your pocket there are a few places you can send it off to get powder coated which leaves a nice finish and can be done any colour. and if u have lots of money u can get it anodized. or the good ole fashioned do it yourself, just make sure you dont rush it. :)

No problem mate. It's pretty easy to do tbh so if I can do it then anyone can! :D I'd advise starting behind the mobo tray, cuz you know that won't be seen and you can get the feel for the spray before you do the whole thing.
