Hi there,

I have been highly recommended "red key data wipe" to completely remove data from devices. The product also comes with certification to show clients.

The big problem is all 3 versions of it are out of stock and it appears to be a US product.

Can anyone recommend something similar to this that's available, possibly within the UK? (Thought the certification could go a long way as well).

Thanks

normally i'd use DBAN, but it wont have a certificate. i read it wont fully wipe ssd's based on over provision.
some bios's have data wiping tools i.e. Dell / HP / Lenova business models.
Are you also encrypting the disks?
hdparm comes up a lot on search wiping ssd's.
but having a bit of a hard time finding something.

Thank you.

Had a reply from them and I'm on a notification list :)

I use parted magic
It doesn't do overwrites
It sends the secure sata erase command to the disk
Lot quicker than overwrites takes couple seconds
Sends a voltage spike to the nand cells
Works on 2.5 ssds and on m2 drives
There's also a cheap add on for verified to government standard certification
