red light on rv03

Hi their i wanted to test out my kit so i plugged it in and on my ss raven rv03 a red light came on before i pressed the power button
i havent got the cpu or gpu installed
i wanted to test my cooler thats all,everything is plugged in correctly

on the front of the case their is the power light and hdd activity light (the red light)
when i plug the rig into the mains the light glows red and nothing else,when i press the power button nothing happens but the red light stays on.
the hdd,gpu and cpu arent installed in the rig yet.

install everything else and then worry about the lights on the case!

its not the lights it just wont start up

It wont do anything untill the cpu and ram is in place
