Red Lines on Boot please help

I just bought EVGA 560TI DS and decided to install it. When i turn the pc on there is red lines al overthe screen and the bios looks corrupt. If i boot using my old card there is no issues and if i boot using the gpu on the motherboard (no gfx card at all) i have no issues its just this card and i have no idea what it means or how to fix it.

Mb: Asus P8Z68-V

Send it back looks like a faulty card with bad Vram. Your PSU is more then upto the job and even can run 2 of them.
