Red Orchestra: Ostfront 41-4 Help

My little brother has been playing Red Orchestra: Ostfront 41-4, and today he loaded up the game when he clicks a server to load up the game loads and freezes on the deploying screen?

I have tried reinstalling steam and the game checking the firewall etc nothing seems to work any ideas? :confused:

Have you tried alt-tabbing? Just in case Windows has thrown up an error or something, thinking maybe it's asking for permission to allow internet access for the game.

Ive had this in the past and never actually fixed it,in the end i just stopped playing

Thanks guys some times works some times crashes guess I ask my steam how to fix it
