my 360 elite has red ringed, and will be going to Microsoft, but how long is it taking at the moment to get them back?
it says on my receipt 2-3 weeks, but is this accurate?

when UPS come to drop off the box that i am sending back in will they wait whilst i pack it, and take it back with them?

there was an option to either print my own as you say, also to have a box, and printed/paid return label that will take upto 4 days to come.

Spoke to UPS this morning, they are bringing an empty box scheduled for tomorrow, will wait whilst i pack it, and take it with them.
said this is standard practice as per the contract with Microsoft.

just got it back, just 9 days
not tested it yet as not at home until tonight
