Redbull and creatine

I wouldn't take Red Bull pre-workout as the sugar will give you an insulin spike, then it goes as you train and you're left feeling lethargic, not ideal.
The sugar free version would be better if you really need a pick me up... expensive though
You could buy a very serious nootropic stack from MP for the price of using a few weeks worth of Red Bull. Plus it's full of sweeteners and nasty colourings, etc. Not good.
Not much taurine in Red Bull either, enough to stop all the caffiene dehydrating you

I take creatine and taurine pre-workout (along with a CW style secret blend )
I've had the occasional red bull when the RB girls have been in the gym pimping out the free cans

I got a couple of bottles of powerade for free so i put my creatine and taurine into it and had half of the bottle before the gym and half after and i didn't get tired after 10mins row and 50mins of weights . I probabaly wouldn't buy the stuff though as it costs a lot if your having it 3 times a week.
