Reddish Tinge on screen, Monitor issue ?

OK so when I booted my system up this morning I noticed a reddish tinge on one of my Monitors its a 34" Predator the tinge only lasted for about 1.5 seconds then it went back to normal , so I'm assuming it's the Monitor ?

Not an expert, it may or may not be the monitor, be sure to update those graphics card drivers just incase

Could be the cable, keep eye on it if it happens more and more frequently.

Do check that the cable is firmly seated at both ends.

Well I updated the driver so I'll see how it is over the next couple of days or so

Monitor, mate had the same issue with a predator. Panel died about 5 months later, first was blinking a lot saying cable disconnected each time then eventually no input worked. Not sure 100% the reddish tinge and input issues are related but who knows.

Yeah I think its the monitor too , it was flickering this morning as the PC was booting up .

I might just see if I can buy a new one

Try a new cable first though before you order a new monitor just incase

No Quartz it's not I've had it for ages now , but its only have the issues I said when the PC is booting up other than that it's fine.

Is it possible to connect the monitor to another computer that you, a friend or family member may have just to be sure it is the monitor?

Sorry for not answering sooner , after a an Nvidia Driver update the issue seems to have gone away

So now I can maybe focus on looking at maybe getting a new System
