Redeeming Samsung Disney+ code. Solution inside.

I've got a 6 month plus code to redeem from the MM. I've cancelled my subscription, and the access has all run out, but when I try to reactivate me account there doesn't seem to be anywhere to add the code...

Is there a special link I need to use to get it to work? I had this problem before with a code I got from Tescos, but can't remember how I got it to work in the end.

Amy help would be greatly appreciated

I think it depends on the source of the code

Disney seem to have different URLs for different partners

There's the one for Disneys own cards - https://www.disneyplus.com/redeem
There's the Tesco one - https://www.disneyplus.com/clubcard
and I'm sure many others


A quick Google based on where that code originally came from might help you find the correct link.

The redeem one? The code starts with SM so I presume it's a Samsung one.

To be fair, it was buried inside the FAQ for the FAQ for Samsung Boost


(I never knew FAQs needed their own FAQ ... guess you learn something new every day)

This worked but only when I opened the link in an incognito window - avoiding cookies I had on normal chrome id i presume.

Thanks again. I'll change the title so hopefully it'll help others with the same problem
