Redesign our office

Any ideas how we can rearage our office its like this at the moment and cant see where else i could go with out sitting with either my back to the door or facing the wall. any sugestions?

Those arrows are wasting a lot of space. I'd get rid of them for a start.

Use bean bags and laptops, randomly scatter them around each day - sorted.

move the rounded pair onto the bottom wall, should give you more flexibility with the other two
