I'm trying to set up a redirect from mysite.com to www.mysite.com
It's important that the prefix www. is always in the address bar otherwise it causes problems with our eCommerce software.
The problem is that I can't seem to get it working. This is the redirect option in the hsphere control panel.
If I enter www.mysite.com/ as the redirect address, the redirect goes into a loop and crashes the site.
If the user types mysite.com/page.html, it should redirect to www.mysite.com/page.html. I assume it is actually possible to set up a redirect like this?
