There's a game that looks similar to Wipeout / Ballistics / Star Wars Episode 1 pod racer / HiOctane (if anyone remembers HiOctane by Bullfrog)

Anyway, there's a free Demo on Steam and 80% off at the moment

Just getting the demo now but does anyone have it and can comment? Really hoping it feels right, like the games above did

Its VR too ready too by the sounds of it
 
Played the Demo a few times, it's kinda fun and looks awesome. Never found the motivation to get the game itself though. Tried the VR, it's a great way to make yourself feel dizzy/queezy :p
 
Play it a bit in VR.

Some of the tracks are mental, the back to earth dlc is insane. The game is ok, but not on the level of Wipeout there are no power up's. The crack on the game is it's all about the ship, loadout enhancements you have depending on the game type and track. Most of the tracks flow quite nicely though, it's not bad as a challenging racer.

Regarding motion sensitivity, I can honestly say that it's never effected me, no racer does though. The bone you might have with VR though, it demands a half decent rig, and it's very fast, you need lighting reflexes and concentration on most tracks as your view is very up close.

*edit. I just saw the price, it's worth 6 quid. The dlc is the bigger bargain, they supported the game with massive patches on each of those dlc releases.
