To get a 'new' G0 Intel 'Duo' running on a 1000 FSB could I put a '1333' in my Asus P5W64-WS Pro (975X) and reduce the FSB to 1000 in the bios ????. (gaining 3gHz as a result ?)
I guess it may not even boot ?, I've heard of this board OC'd to 1333 but my current ram is Corsair 8000ul (1000MHz)
A G0 Quad does not seem to be a problem - "Intel Core 2 Quad Pro Q6700 "LGA775 Kentsfield" 2.66GHz (1066FSB) - Retail" (Pre-Order).
