Hi folks. I have taken a photo that is too large in size to upload to a website. Is there any software that will reduce the size of the photo. Can Photoshop do it?

Thanks.

Yep photoshop can do it. right click the top bar of the window of the iamge you are working in, click image size, type in your new dimensions, make sure you constrain proportions.

By too large do you mean it's dimensions or the file size?

You can reduce file size in Photoshop by opening the image - save for web and reducing the quality until the desired file size is reached.

As mentioned Photoshop as described, the same also for Paintshop
Similar in Picasa .Better yet a little program that will do it all by its self without any struggling.
When loaded all you have to do is to select the image you wish to up load
and the program which is[TSR]terminate and stay resident, automatically picks up the image -copies it- thus keeping the original -re sizes it and places it in the send box- default is 600x800 or a larger size or custom.
It comes with a demo movie- its bril :D
