Has anyone improved the reference 7970's power circuitry? eg) Done anything with additional caps or stuff like that. If so are there any guides, or personal experience of this kinda mod, I looked around and cant find any for a reference model.
 
I think the best thing you can do is fit an aftermarket cooler,ref cards are usually voltage unlocked so will allow upto 1.3v instead of 1.25v
