this isnt really reflexes, as it involves thinking, that you now have to click the button when you see red, no matter how simple it is.

this should be called "reaction time tester"

There is a large difference from me doing this in the morning to the evening. Of course I would expect to be quicker the longer I have been awake but now I shall have to play all games that require reflexs in the evening :p
 
Am I wrong in thinking that times below about 100ms or so aren't proper reflex reactions and therefore you should just redo the test if you get one?

reflex doesn't involve any thinking, it must be trained, things you do over and over, as the impulses dont go into the brain but via the spinal cord synapses

thats why its faster than having to think about it and decide a response
 
I did manage to get 0.069 but it was more a sixth sense it was going to appear.

Or in counterstrike that would have been a team kill..

Perhaps I am competent in the ways of the force. ;)
