Let me guess Nvidia card? there are services that do it; depends on what needs to be done; some places start around 50 pounds and go up from there.

Not sure these can do a reflow on a GPU but they did for me on a laptop. Maybe give them a call?

do a quick search for places that actually have a reflow equipment and advertise it. You're going to want a place that will actually remove the gpu chip; clean it; reball it; and then reset/reflow it back on to the pcb.

*I used to do this at a shop; we did a massive amount of 360s and ps3s; very few video cards as we didn't have the reballing machine*
