reformatted PC but forgot to backup itunes - folder sync ??

Hi,

recently reformatted my PC as I got a new SSD

However forgot to backup my itunes, so i've plugging in my iphone 4 and firstly transferred all my purchases which is ok.

But when I know try and sync my apps it seems to take a few away ??

Also it resorts all my programs so they are no longer in folders.

Any way to keep the order and sync my phone ?

Was going to make a new thread but this one is close enough

My PC HDD died on me last week so I have replaced it. I've installed itunes and it recognises my iphone. Is there a way to transfer my music from my iphone to the PC?

iTunes is very annoying and you cannot back load the iphone officially. You need some software like this:
