Refreezing meat?

Chuck the ice cream unless you want salmonella poisoning.

As for the rest, meh, I'd eat it, so long as it was thoroughly cooked.
 
Cheers guys it's all binned, not worth the hassle, guess I shall have to go shopping. Bloody parents going away nonsense :<

This. It's what I did when my freezer broke and I'm still here to tell you all about it. I ended up eating about half and throwing half away.

Don't try it with frozen peas (they turn mushy. Yuck), and I'd definitely bin the ice cream too.

Refreezing isn't the smartest idea. Besides the food poisoning risk, I'd expect there's also the risk that ice crystals will form inside the meat which will ruin the texture.
