This. It's what I did when my freezer broke and I'm still here to tell you all about it. I ended up eating about half and throwing half away.
Don't try it with frozen peas (they turn mushy. Yuck), and I'd definitely bin the ice cream too.
Refreezing isn't the smartest idea. Besides the food poisoning risk, I'd expect there's also the risk that ice crystals will form inside the meat which will ruin the texture.
