refresh lines

i get horizontal refresh lines on my monitor sometimes but can work out why

If you're using analogue then instead use DVI. I've got the same monitor and its crisp whereas i had scanlines like you previously

i am using dvi, its usually only during cut scenes during the games, sometimes ingame but not often

Hmm, with a HDMI -> DVI Adapter i am getting no scan lines at all on the same monitor.

its ok, i switched v-sync on in crysis and seems to have solved it!
