Refresh rate

Hi,

A while ago I randomly looked at my refresh rate on my graphics card because I felt it was a bit too flickery. When went to the drop down menu it now goes from 60-200hz, where as before it used to go to a maximum of around 85-90.

The main annoying thing is that whenever i change to any of the refresh rates it doesnt seem to make any difference. Not really sure whats gone wrong.

I have tried uninstalling and re installing my graphics card software, though it doesnt seem to change anything.

Any ideas on how i could get this to go back to normal?

BTW I am using my CRT monitor

Thanks

Hi guys

I looked at the iiyama website and they dont seem to have my model listed anymore...My model is:

Vision Master Pro 413 HM703UT A

Though, I went to device manageer and selected the "I will choose the driver to install" and found the Plug and play option listed. So I selected that and it made a noise like a USB device being activated. However, when I go to the refresh rate selection everything seems to be the same and nothing seems to have changed...

Any idea on what to do now guys?

Thanks for the help so far.

Thanks for the reply, I managed to install the drivers in the end. Now the refresh rate is listed up to 100hz instead of 200. Though, whenever I change one of the settings it doesnt seem to make an apparent change to the screen.

Not really sure why this isnt working. It has only really stopped working since I brought back my computer from home to university...I never had to install monitor drivers to get my refresh rate working either.

The drivers that I used were:

HM703U.ICM
HM703UTA_UA

The model that is on my monitor is "HM703UT A". So they aren't perfect matches. I wonder if it could actually be a hardware problem.
