My boyfriend has just got a samsung 5 series 32" tv which he is using as his monitor... been working fine for the past few days until earlier when he restarted his pc... when it came back on the screen had a thick black border and the quality of the image inside the visible area was really bad! tried a few things to fix it and when he adjusted the refresh rate it all went back to normal and appeared to be fixed until he restarted again and the same thing happens! Every restart resets the refresh rate! anyone know how to solve this so its not happening every time?
