refresh times?

Thinking about upgrading my 17" samsung lcd monitor. But can I ask why they dont seem to advertise the refresh times any more? When they do advertise them they only seem to be 60hz? My current monitor is 72hz and wouldn't want anything lower than that tbh.

Refresh rates on a TFT isn't an issue, read this for a good explanation.
