How do I set up custom refresh?

Can set the refresh rate either in windows display properties or in CCC/Nvidia CP.

Ok so I could say have 800x600@120hz for one game and 1600x1200@75
and would automatically change ?

You could surely just set that with the in-game graphics options, then it would default to those values every time you open the game

I play quake 3 and it didnt change I can tell
Im using Ati card now but before was using Geforce card and you could setup custom refresh rate and would change no prob but not ATI

Something like RadeonPRO may be what you need in that case

It allows you to create fully custom profiles for any game, I'd imagine forced resolution and refresh are in the options
