Refreshing

Does anyone have any suggestions for software (or a plugin) that automatically refreshes a web browser?

IE7 (not Firefox)

Kind of... but I need something that doesn't refresh the site in a frame.

I don't know anything about this browser but apparently it "expands services provided by Microsoft Internet Explorer" which also includes an auto refresh feature.

What do you need it for?

I remember my friend done a similar trick to gain bragging rights on how popular his website was.

He had 12,000 hits, but only 6 unique visitors :rolleyes:

It would be really easy to do if you weren't stuck with having to use the full IE app. Plugin wise, there's this one, but unfortunately you have to pay for it

RefreshBar would be ideal (and it's what I've used in the past) but once you format/reinstall you have to pay for it again i.e they won't reissue a key. :mad:
