Refund for hardware/parts ?

just wondering if anyone had ever had a refund off ocuk, and i want to know how long it takes for money to be back in your bank ?

Yes, i have, but I can't remember how long it takes. I've currently got 2 RMAs in process also

I got a refund for a motherboard a couple of weeks ago, took a few days.
Tech support initially refused to refund so I emailed OC with the problem and they were fine about it. (Boo Hiss to tech support).
