Hello, last week I ordered a airport transfer using the company HOPPA. However the transfer didn't turn up. I opened a complaint and they agreed to refund me via a credit note valid for 1 year. Does anyone know what the law is in regards to getting a cash refund? Any legal text I can quote in my email back?

thanks in advance

You're entitled to a refund via the method you used to pay.
You don't have to accept a credit note but also if you didn't pay cash then you can't demand a cash refund.

I think given they didn't turn up you have a good chance of a cash refund. Otherwise speak to the bank for a charge back?
