Refund on XBLA

Hi guys, just wondering I bought Gotham City Impostors a few days ago on XBLA, but its pretty much not worked this whole time (server issues)

I know usualy when you buy stuff on XBLA it says you can't get a refund but since the product I bought itsn't really working surely its a good enough reason to get one?

Im afraid your not entitled to a refund. XBL terms and conditions are fully covered. Its pretty much the same with any games you can buy BUT the added protection XBL has is that you can trial all Arcade games before buying and therefore you can try before you buy to make sure you like and want the full game.

However I will say this I have the game and it runs perfectly fine for me. Ive no no server issues and very very rare occasions of lag. So maybe its an issue your end thats temporary and will resolve soon

You wont get a refund however sorry

They have done refunds for non functioning items like cod elite before so get in touch and give it a go.

But it is functioning. COD Elite was a fully known worldwide issue and they never refunded they just extended the membership by another month (I know as I was one of the unlucky people who got told tough but heres another month lol)
