I purchased a Radeon 5770 card from O.C. which is unsuitable for my mobo. I didn't realise it was only a PCIE version 1.1 so therefore it doesen't work.
I have sent countless emails and RMA complaints asking to talk to one of the managers but they refuse to acknowledge me.
I must remind them of 'The Sale Of Goods Act 1975' regarding refunds.
I really prefer not to go to court over this, but if nessacery I will.
In addition O.C. has deducted £20. 27 from my account without authorisation.
To say I am extremely annoyed would be an understatement.
